ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jim Ditzel

Jim specializes in tenant and buyer representation of office, flex, industrial and select retail categories. Since 2000 he has completed more than 300 commercial transactions totaling over $70,000,000 in excess of one million square feet of space, primarily in the Boulder and Broomfield County markets.

Jim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the acting president of the Commercial Brokers of Boulder association. Prior to his involvement with Longmont Commercial Real Estate he was a senior broker with Gibbons-White, Inc. and The Colorado Group, Inc. Jim has his Masters in Journalism and Business from CU Boulder and a BA from The University of Iowa. He has lived in the Boulder area since 1983 and is a native of Iowa. Jims passions revolve around his family, bicycling, physical fitness, music, reading, writing and travel.
