Jim Casale, CCIM joined Lee & Associates San Diego as a Principal in 2011. He specializes in sales of investment properties and NNN leased real estate.
Jim began his career in 1979 working for an apartments investment firm in Seattle. After moving to San Diego in 1984 he worked for several major firms including Daum Johnstown American from 1986 - 1988 and Grubb and Ellis from 1994 - 1999.
Between 1988 and 1994 he co-founded Pacific Real Estate Group, a boutique commercial brokerage firm located in Chula Vista. During his time with Pacific Real Estate Group he acted as managing partner In assisting the firm's growth to 10 brokers and significant market presence in Chula Vista, National City, South San Diego, and Otay Mesa.
