ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jessica Lavelle

Jessica joins Caliber as Licensed Real Estate Salesperson where she specialized in acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment of retail properties in Syracuse and the surrounding area.

Born and raised in Fayetteville, a suburb of Syracuse, she has real-world knowledge of the Greater Syracuse Market. Jessica has a passion for real estate inspired by her grandfather the founder of Pyramid Brokerage and The Widewaters Group. Over the past few years, she has developed influential contacts in the industry. We expect great things as her career continues to advance.

Before joining Caliber, Jessica was the Assistant Women's Lacrosse Couch at University of Vermont. She led her team to over 30 career victories, leading to an impressive win improvement in their division for 2017 and 2018. She continues to coach Le Moyne College Womens Lacrosse as Assistant CoachDefensive Coordinator

Jessica graduated SUNY Cortland in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Communication, concentrating in Public Relations and Advertising.
