ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jerry Haere

Jerry Heare joined Commercial Industrial Properties Company in 1980 and specializes in industrial leasing, sales, and site location. Prior to joining CIP, he spent 12 years with the State of Texas, where he was involved in corporate site location and facility financing.

Jerry has earned a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and successful industrial real estate professionals in Central Texas along IH-35 from Temple to San Antonio. He has represented industrial property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in the location, acquisition, leasing, and disposition of major industrial facilities, as well as industrial and commercial sites. He is involved with Central Texas chambers of commerce and has participated in regional industrial recruitment and economic development activities. Jerry has also been instrumental in helping many companies relocate or expand in Central Texas, assisting them in locating and acquiring or leasing the site or facility they need.

Jerry is passionate about leadership development in volunteer organizations. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his kids and seven grandkids.
