ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jeff Waters

Jeff Graduated from Los Fresnos High School in 1983, after which he attended Texas A&M University in College Station from 1983 to 1987. Upon graduation from Texas A&M with a B.S. Degree in Construction Science, he moved to Houston, Texas where, along side his Brother-In-Law, they started a Commercial Appraisal Company.

In 2000, Jeff was offered and accepted an opportunity to be the Corporate Broker for a Houston-based innovative Hybrid-Internet start up Real Estate Firm, Urban Realtors.

In 2002, Jeff returned home to the Rio Grande Valley where he has worked at Southern Texas Title Company as the Manager of Public Relations Operations and later that year joined Waters Realty.
