With more than 25 years' experience in office and industrial real estate development, sales, finance, leasing and asset management, Jeff Thomas leads First Industrial Realty Trust's portfolio efforts and corporate customer industrial real estate solutions across Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.

As Senior Regional DirectorMarket Leader based in First Industrial's Harrisburg, Pa. office, Mr. Thomas is responsible for all leasing, dispositions, acquisitions and development projects in his three-state territory.

Before his current position at the company, Mr. Thomas served as Senior Regional Development Officer at First Industrial where he was responsible for land acquisitions, managing development projects and sourcing new development opportunities in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland. He was also Regional Director for First Industrial's BaltimoreWashington, D.C. and Central Pennsylvania portfolios and, prior to that, was Asset Manager of its Central Pennsylvania and Atlanta portfolios. He began his First Industrial career in 1994, joining the company shortly after it went public.

Earlier, Mr. Thomas served in numerous roles with Rouse & Associates, a real estate development company whose Central Pennsylvania operations were later acquired by First Industrial.
