ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jay Mininberg

Prior to moving to the Southwest, Jay worked as a broker for a boutique commercial real estate firm in Potomac, Maryland. The firm offered commercial sales, leasing, raw land, development, and financing services. Mininberg was a principal investor on numerous transactions. After moving to Arizona, Jay was CEO and founder of a textile rental service in Arizona and Nevada. His firm provided linens, dust control, and ancillary items to more than 1,700 businesses. He developed and executed all incorporation activities, funding, legal, marketing, sales, customer service, and plant operations.
