ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jason Pennington

Jason is a Managing Partner at RIPCO Real Estate. He joined the company in 2009 and manages their Brooklyn office.

Jason began his retail leasing career in New York City in 2001, and has since completed retail transactions throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn for beauty, restaurant, and fitness tenants, including Sephora, Lululemon, SoulCycle, YogaWorks, Its Sugar, Maison Kayser, Rumble Fitness, Sweetgreen, and Flying Tiger. He has negotiated over 40 transactions on behalf of local, family, and multi-unit international operators.

Aside from tenant representation, he has been influential in shaping the transformation of retail, restaurant, and art gallery corridors in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, including Madison Square Park, Lower East Side, Harlem, Washington Heights, West Village, Meatpacking District, Williamsburg, and Downtown Brooklyn.

Jason is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
