ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jason Kelmigian

Jason specializes in industrial real estate transactions throughout Southeast Michigan. Jason began his real estate career with Signature Associates in 2014 as a marketing & research intern and was promoted to the industrial brokerage team in January 2016 where he is being mentored by some of the most successful brokers in the industry. As a member of the marketing & research team, Jason had many responsibilities that assisted in his knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate and the Metro Detroit market. Currently, Jason manages the leasing of a multi-tenant, high-tech portfolio of over 11 properties spread across Southeast Michigan.

Prior to joining the Signature team, Jason worked as a packaging specialist for a steel manufacturing company. He is also currently one of the coaches for the 10-u Michigan Warriors Baseball Club, a highly competitive youth baseball program.
