ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jason Gaines

Jason, the founder of Sturbridge Commercial Real Estate, launched the company in September 2022 after a 20&45;year career in the retail commercial real estate brokerage business. In that time, Jason established himself as one of the most prolific, comprehensively knowledgeable, and recognized retail brokers in the Houston market.

Previously, Jason served as the Retail Division Head of Partners Commercial formerly NAI Partners, where he created the retail division in 2016. Prior, he served as Senior Vice President with Hunington Properties, a portfolio manager, and head of the leasing team with Global Fund Investments.

Jason brings years of situational experience in leasing and sales, nearly absolute knowledge of shopping center operations, and notoriously high energy. The culture of Sturbridge seeks to mirror those levels of industry knowledge, sense of urgency, and focused execution.
