Jared Gell specializes in landlord representation, land acquisition on behalf of retailers and developers and investment sales for Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc.

Jared started his real estate career in 2003 representing office tenants in Los Angeles, CA. In 2004 he moved back to Michigan to specialize in retail real estate. Jared held various positions with retail brokerage companies in Southeast Michigan as well as Agree Realty Corporation NYSE ADC in Bloomfield Hills, MI. At Agree, Jared focused on ground up development for national retailers in California, Florida and Michigan, acquisitions throughout the United States, and leasing the companies multi-state portfolio. In 2013, Jared joined Mid-America as a Vice President with a primary focus on landlord representation, land acquisition, and investment sales.
