ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jared Davis

Jared grew up in San Antonio and earned a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. Jared started in sales focused on improving the energy efficiency of government buildings including schools, universities, and state & municipal facilities. Jared then transitioned into the oil and gas industry with Baker Hughes, beginning as an Account Manager over one client and then progressing to Senior Operations Manager over the Southern United States. During this time Jared managed an organization within Baker Hughes of 460 people producing an annual revenue of $242 million. This experience gave Jared a thorough understanding of P&L management, financial & risk analysis, organizational leadership & management, and rapid business growth. As vice president at Valcor, Jared brings this expertise to investment transactions as well as landlord and tenant representation services.

Jared is married to Kelli and they have three children Parker, Addison, and Brooks. Living in the Boerne area, Jareds family is active in church, baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, horses, and everything in between. Parker goes to Champion High School, Addison goes to Boerne Middle School South, and Brooks attends Fair Oaks Elementary.
