ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jamie Pletcher

Jaime comes to the Gibbons-White team with five years of experience in the industry. Her real estate career began as an investor in commercial properties and evolved to property manager of a private portfolio to a brokerowner. She now represents owners, landlords and tenants in the Denver Metro area with a focus in Boulder County.

Prior to real estate, Jaime worked for nine years in the outdoor industry as a marketing director and she brings that expertise to her listings. She is a Maryland native and graduate of Frostburg State University, but she has established her roots in Colorado over the last decade. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and believes that foundation facilitated her ability to listen and understand client needs.

Her experience as a commercial property manager began in 2013 with responsibility for 250,000 square feet, 55 tenants and a portfolio valued at fifty-million dollars. Managing properties honed her skills in evaluating landlord and tenant needs and her ability to keep them balanced.
