James E. Spittler, Jr., (SIOR), a founding principal of NAI Highland, LLC, offers a broad spectrum of services from office, industrial and retail leasing and sales to investment and vacant land sales. Most of his business is either repeat business with existing clients or referrals from a wide-ranging network. A veteran of the Colorado Springs commercial real estate market since 1978, Spittler was named Colorado Springs Commercial Realtor of the Year for 1985 and 1991, becoming the second two-time winner of this award.

Jim's Community involvement includes: Past Secretary, Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Goodwill Industries of Colorado Springs. He served a second term as Chairman of Goodwill in 2007. He is past Chairman of the Business Climate Initiatives Group of the Chamber of Commerce. Nationally, Spittler is past President and Chairman of the Board of the United States Air Force Academy Association of Graduates (AOG), a member of the Colorado Thirty Group and the Falcon Foundation Board of Trustees.
