James, Team Leader for Life By Design Commercial Group and Native Austinite, has been a top producing Commercial Agent in the Austin area for over 7 years.

During his time in Real Estate James has successfully started up multiple top producing commercial Real Estate Teams at KW Commercial and now with eXp Commercial. In 2015, James was made a Director at KW Commercial for his local office at the age of 25. In 2017 a team James helped startup completed $96MM in sales with 4 team members, winning multiple awards for the teams accomplishments.

In 2021 James launched a new team, Life By Design Commercial Group brokered by eXp Commercial. Focused on helping Investors and Business Owners thrive in the booming Central TX corridor.

James considers himself a Generalist working on a variety of projects which includeInvestment Sales, OwnerUser Sales, Tenant Rep & Landlord Rep. He also teaches numerous classes for new Commercial Agents throughout the year.

When he's not selling Real Estate James can be found at the gym, playing golf, local parks or spending time with his Wifebusiness partner & dogs. James is a Native Austinite,using his vast knowledge of the Austin metro to best serve his clients.
