ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT James Black III

James S. Black III, a commercial real estate agent since 2005, specializes in investment real estate of all sizes and product types throughout the Pacific Northwest. His experience and hard work have earned him one of the highest commercial real estate designations, in being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). James leverages his background, own personal real estate portfolio and finance degree to continuously exceed his clients' expectations.

Prior to working with NAI Black, James worked for The Wolff Company, LLC, in the firm's headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, completing over $200,000,000 in acquisitions and dispositions involving a variety of different commercial and multi-family real estate assets. In his tenure, James became fluent in researching and analyzing prospective markets for acquisitions and development deals, and underwrote deals using Excel and the real estate software ARGUS.

When James isn't saving the world one real estate deal at a time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls Parker and Sage.
