During his time at NAI Shames Makovsky, he brokered many high-profile transactions and was involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions, exceeding a total value of $150m.

In his new role as Managing Broker and founder of Malman Commercial Real Estate, Jake will leverage his relationships and transacting experience, providing a high-quality experience for his clients.
