ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Jack Lazzeri

Previously in private equity real estate, Jack Lazzeri joined the SRS Denver office in January of 2020. He has a track record in completing leasing and sales assignments as a tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representative, which in turn provides his clients a broad and educated view of the market. Jack was recently honored with SRS Real Estate Partner's national Rising Star award for his transaction volume and work ethic in 2021.

Jack's clients are well-served by the education provided at his previous positions at PERE firms Flywheel Capital and Baceline Investments, as well as working alongside the SRS National Net Lease Group. Consequently, he approaches brokerage from a research-based approach in which he provides his clients with all necessary data points to make a decision and advises them accordingly. He prides himself on his responsiveness, ability to hit deadlines, and attention to detail when transacting a deal.

Jack currently represents over 100,000 SF of retail and office space in the Denver MSA and currently represents clients including: Eyeglass World, America's Best, Capriotti's, Wing Zone, Allstate, Sally Beauty, Cosmoprof, Gunther Toody's, and Cookie Plug. Jack also represents PostNet as their national master broker, helping guide them in transactions and real estate strategy across the entire nation.

Outside of the office, Jack spends his free time in the outdoors where he is an avid golfer, skier, and fly fisher. Jack graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a major in finance and emphasis in real estate.
