Isaac currently serves as the Director of Leasing and Sales at Larsen Baker, LLC. Larsen Baker is a Tucson based commercial real estate firm that develops, remodels, owns, operates, manages and leases retail, office and industrial properties in Southern Arizona. Operating since 1994, Larsen Baker has become the largest independent retail-commercial property owner in Southern Arizona. The firm owns and manages over 3.6 million square feet of commercial space in 60 locations with over 550 Tenants throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona.

In his role, Isaac oversees the leasing of Larsen Bakers real estate portfolio, tracking and updating all leasing progress and supervising existing tenant renewals. He manages all property dispositions and acquisitions both directly or with third party sales brokers and handles all property marketing. He also develops strategy for new property acquisitions, development projects, and partnerships. Larsen Baker has expanded into third party property management bringing their expertise as owners to add value through operational efficiencies, unique long term experience, and intimate knowledge of the Arizona markets.
