Serving as a Market Leader, Ian Luscombe manages the growth and development of the Matthews office in Chicago. While working on expanding the footprint and reach of Matthews into new markets, Ian also oversees and enhances the support of the management structure. He delivers industry-leading support to agents throughout the country and actively recruits new agents as the company grows. Ian focuses on projects ranging from multifamily to mixed-use and retail, with deal sizes ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000. Ian takes pride in providing client satisfaction, perfecting his communication and people skills, and keeping his clients happy with a consistent deal flow stemming from his best effort.

Prior to joining Matthews, Ian began his real estate career in 2015 at Marcus & Millichap. The personal nature of this relationship-driven business enabled him to close many transactions. In 2021, Ian transitioned over to a local boutique, CRER, where he held the title of Senior Director and recruited several successful brokers.
