Hunter Grimes serves as an Associate with our Brokerage Team in the Houston market and provides brokerage services with a specialization in land disposition. His primary focus is identifying and bringing to market quality land tracts with strong development potential. His goal is to maximize the value of each tract he represents by understand and solving various pre-development issues that are inherent to all sites as well as having a thorough understanding of buyer requirements and motivations. Hunter was raised in Houston and has an extremely thorough knowledge of his home city which allows him to provide unique and valuable information to his clients.
He has a diverse sales and customer service background and prior to joining Caldwell Companies managed the Greater Houston, East Texas, and Louisiana territories for a major multi-national HVAC manufacturer. This experience combined with his analytical approach to problem solving and do it right' attitude adds great value to the Caldwell Companies team.
He is a proud third-generation Eagle Scout and outside of work enjoys playing golf, hunting, and working on anything with a motor. He is currently pursuing his passion by building a 1952 Chevy Pickup street rod (from the ground up) with his father.
