ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Hugh Holtman

Hugh Holtman serves as an advisor with SVN in Portland, OR specializing in apartment investment sales. Hugh joined the SVN-Imbrie Realty team after 3 years at a smaller boutique brokerage firm, HFO Investment Real Estate, where he began his specialization in the sale of apartment properties throughout Oregon and SW Washington, in particular along the I-5 corridor.

Prior to entering the brokerage side of commercial real estate, Hugh served as a project manager with Skanska USA Building, a large general contractor, working on commercial projects in Oregon and New Mexico. His extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry coupled with his finance and management background has proven to serve his clients well.

Hugh enjoys staying active through running, biking, backpacking and basketball. He has also traveled extensively through Asia and Europe.
