ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Howard Epstein

Howard Epstein is a Director of Leasing at HSP Real Estate Group, a firm created when EVO Real Estate Group merged with Herald Square Properties in 2017. Howard joined Winoker Realty Company in 2009, bringing with him over 30 years of business experience in the New York market, first in women's apparel and then in real estate. Howard is focused on representing tenants in an array of industries and finding creative solutions for complex transactions.

Mr. Epstein has been involved in over 1,000,000 square feet of transactions, representing various building owners in the premier neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan. He has served as both tenant and landlord representative, and is currently working with the respective property owners at 16 West 36th Street and 37 West 39th Street.
