Hank joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2015 with more than nine years of commercial real estate experience in the DallasFort Worth market after previously working at Hollis Bloom and The Weitzman Group. Hank applies strategic planning and detailed transaction experience to all of his clients and focuses on tenant representation, disposition, and land brokerage.
Hank's primary concentration is on tenant representation, surplus properties, and site acquisitions with extensive experience in land disposition for Walmart and various local developers. He has also executed expansion plans for a variety of retail users such as CricketAio Wireless, Red Mountain Weight Loss, and Orscheln Farm & Home.
