ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Greg McNutt

Mr. McNutt serves as Director of Retail Services for Ciminelli, and is responsible for leasing Ciminellis retail portfolio of properties throughout the Orlando and Tampa markets. Mr. McNutts career in commercial real estate spans two decades and encompasses experience in all aspects of the industry. In addition to his current role in retail leasing, he has worked with numerous development teams in the analysis, acquisition, entitlement, construction and management of commercial real estate. His retail projects have ranged from a few thousand square feet up to 650,000 square feet.

He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2004, Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) since 2003, serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the Florida Shopping Center PAC and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. He is also a LEED AP.
