Mr. Johnson's background includes previous associations with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services for 15-years and Marcus and Millichap Commercial Real Estate Services Corporate and Tenant Representation Group for 2.5 yrs.

Mr. Johnson's experience includes the sale, acquisition and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties, land acquisition for redevelopment, investment sales and advisory services in So. California and across the Western United States for corporations, developers and individual companies and investors. Mr. Johnson's background has given him a broad understanding of both local and regional markets, as well as product types and transaction requirements. As a result, he successfully develops and implements creative strategies and solutions to fulfill his client's requirements and maximize value.

With a transaction history in excess of $250,000,000 and the sale, lease, acquisition or redevelopment of over 10,000,000SF of space, Mr. Johnson has a wealth of experience to offer his clients.
