With 38 years of direct commercial and industrial experience in the Eugene, Oregon marketplace, transactions and negotiations have included build-to-suits, land leases, site and specialty acquisitions, and developmentre-development of properties. My expertise also includes consulting, negotiations, financing, business planning, feasibility studies, seller's agency, tax mitigation and insurance settlements. Areas of focus are EugeneSpringfield based, reaching along the I-5 corridor within the metro's and sub-metro's of Oregon.
