He has completed over 5,000 acres of land sales for developers and investors and brings a strong background in investment portfolio sales of industrial property.

Major landlord representation projects include 1.1M SF former Tom Thumb distribution center in Garland, 1M SF portfolio for Prologis in Brook Hollow-Stemmons market, and the and 85 acres of area sales, in the Love Field market. He is currently overseeing portfolio investors who own and control 3M SF of property throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. This landlord representation allows him to be completely immersed and knowledgeable in all market activity throughout numerous market segments.
