An active commercial real estate broker since 1979, Greg has had the opportunity to work with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants from every facet of the industry...land, retail, office, industrial, multi-family and hospitality. He has worked with not only private owners and investors but institutional ones as well. . Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Greg was President of the Service Corporation of a local financial institution where his responsibilities included the acquisition and disposition of commercial tracts as well as the development and construction of others. In 1985, Greg was responsible for the development and sales of a 1200-acre multi-use development that was anchored by a PGA TPC course. In 1989 he joined Kennedy-Wilson, a major real estate auction firm. Just a few of his clients included the FDIC, RTC and private owners of large portfolios of real estate. Greg attributes his success in great part to building relationships with his clients and treating each one as if they were his top priority. Follow-up has always been paramount in his business model and will continue to be so.
