ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Grant Glasco

Glasco Commercial was founded in 2011 by Grant Glasco, a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in business and finance, Grant worked as a financial analyst for Koch Equity Development. He later moved to Dallas in 2004 and began an internship in the land division of Henry S. Miller Commercial where he ultimately became a sales associate with a specialization in land investment property in the emerging market areas north of Dallas. Grant subsequently joined Fairway Group, Real Estate, a premier boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he was introduced to the land development and improved property facets of the brokerage business through the mentoring of a successful commercial real estate veteran. Between the years of 2009 and 2013, the majority of Grant's transactional volume was centered around strip retail shopping centers and single-tenant net leased buildings throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Since forming Glasco Commercial, Grant has represented his customers in a variety of land, building and note sale transactions, with a heavy emphasis on land.
