ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Gordy Hoagland

Gordy helped start White Oak Commercial Real Estate in 2016 with Lee and Phil Greer. He specializes in finding deals not currently on the market, retail and industrial investment sales, site selection, disposition and acquisition, development and leasing.

Gordy has worked with a large variety of clients and has been a part of leases and developments in 12 different states.

Gordy graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2012 and received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2016. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate with more than 50 chapters around the world closing $200 billion annually in commercial real estate deals. Gordy currently serves as the President of the Lexington CCIM Chapter. Gordy is also involved with ICSC and is on the planning committee for the KentuckyTennessee conference.

Gordy has been married to his wife, Lauren, for nearly 4 years. He is on the board of Campus Outreach and serves as an officer at Tates Creek Presbyterian Church.
