Gerard acts as Managing Director and Principal in SVN&47;Pastrano Commercial Real Estate. He started his career specializing in land developments and over the years transitioned to specialize in Investment Sales & Site Selection for various uses such as Dollar Stores, Convenient Stores, Hotels, Mixed use developments & MOB's.

He earned his CCIM in 2006 and continues to specialize in Investment Sales working with Buyers & Sellers in Central & South Texas. With more than Twenty-Six years of commercial real estate experience, Pastrano has completed numerous commercial land transactions totaling more than 3,500 acres and over $500M in Single & Multi-Tenant Investment Sale transactions. He is extremely knowledgeable in Central and South Texas geography, demographics & economic generators that drive commercial real estate growth & opportunities from San Antonio to Austin along the IH-35 corridor to S. Texas and Rio Grande Valley.
