With 30 years of experience in Southeast real estate, George Elliott joined Shannon Waltchack in 2013 to specialize in tenantbuyer representation, site selection, land sales, investment properties, and development.

Prior to working with Shannon Waltchack, George had responsibility for retail, land, and office site acquisition in a sixteen-state footprint for a large regional client. Early in his career, he worked with national real estate firms gaining experience in property management, tenant representation, sales, and leasing, as well as retail and industrial development and redevelopment.
