ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT George Cornelson

George graduated from Colorado College in 2014 and was a commercial broker in California from 2016 to 2019. He returned to Colorado at the end of 2019 and has continued to add value for his clients in the Colorado market.

He has been involved in his families commercial real estate development company, CORCO, a company specializing in development and redevelopment opportunities in commercial corridors. CORCO spans two generations and developed over 200 million dollars of retail and mixed-use facilities in the South East.

George has closed complex transactions in California for highly regulated uses. He has been able to bring that skillset to Colorado and close difficult retail sales and leases in a challenging pandemic environment. He is a tenacious problem solver and an expert negotiator, that will work every angle to bring his clients the best price and terms possible.
