ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Geoff Beans

Geoff Beans works in NAIEFs Retail Division focusing primarily on site selection, leasing, and investment sales. Geoff assists landlords, tenants, developers, and investors through a client-specific approach helping them execute their real estate needs. He consults with national, regional, and local tenants determining what drives their business and how they can best optimize and replicate that through expansion into new markets in the Southeast.

Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Geoff moved to Greenville in 2014 to attend Furman University where his studies focused on Finance, Marketing, and Performance Management. Recruited out of high school, Geoff played forward on the Paladin basketball team throughout his college career and served as Team Captain his senior year. Active in the community and with his alma mater, Geoff joined NAI Earle Furman in August of 2018.
