ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Gary Stephens

Gary, a San Antonio native, earned a degree in Finance and a Master of Real Estate MRE through Texas A&Ms Mays Business School. Garys responsibilities include landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and valuation analysis throughout the San Antonio and surrounding markets. Gary is a CCIM, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC, the Aggie Real Estate Network AREN, and has been awarded the 2015, 2016 and 2017 CoStar Power Broker Award for TOP LEASING BROKER in the San Antonio Market. Gary was also selected by the San Antonio Business Journal as one of the Top Commercial Real Estate Brokers in San Antonio with more than 300,000 square feet of total lease deals made in 2017.

Gary enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, playing the guitar, and spending time with his wife Sarah Anne, son Benjamin, and daughter Eleanor.
