Gary Seaton, the Vice President of NAI Capital's Simi Valley office, specializes in Commercial Real Estate throughout Simi Valley and the Moorpark area. His services include the sale or lease of Commercial Land, Retail Centers, and Investment Properties. His extensive 32 years of real estate experience including raw land sales in the development of over 85 projects is a unique asset to his clients. He has been recognized as the Most Valuable Professional to a Ventura County Commercial Real Estate firm. He is a past recipient of NAI Capital's Best of the Best Award and a twelve year consecutive Capital Club member. He was recently recognized as an elite member of the NAI Capital's prestigious Capital Club Circle of Excellence for 2007. In 2007, Seaton represented sales of raw land for the proposed construction of 150,000 sq. ft of professional office buildings in Simi Valley. He participated in the major land sale encompassing the newly constructed Simi Valley Town Center and is currently representing the proposed Gateway Development at the entrance to the Simi Valley Town Center at Erringer Rd. and the 118 Freeway.

Seaton is active throughout eastern Ventura County and resides in Simi Valley. He is also a member of the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce since 1985, where he has served on the Board of Directors. Seaton is affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America of Ventura County, the Farm Bureau of Ventura County and serves as a volunteer for the YMCA and PADS. He is a past board member for the Simi Valley Boys and Girls Club as well as past Treasurer for the Simi Valley Noontime Rotary Club. Seaton is a member of Cornerstone Community Church.
