Garrett is driven to assist clients and Rich Young Company recognize long term positive results in the North Dallas area, through evaluating their real estate needs and determine the best strategies for leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Throughout Garrett's career he has used his take no prisoner attitude and entrepreneurial spirit to serve his clients in meeting their short and long term business needs.

Garrett started his career in Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas and then later switched over to Ernst & Young in Dallas. Garrett has focused on performance improvement finance consulting for entertainment and media, banking and capital markets, telecom, real estate, oil and gas, government and healthcare clients. Throughout his time at EY, he was known for his networking, people development, while delivering top-notch cross-functional service to his clients and serving as a true business advisor.

Garrett is a Board Member of the FUMC Plano Weekday Program. He enjoys actively mentoring past and current colleagues, volunteering and spending time with his Great Dane, Einstein.
