ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Gail Brown

Gail began her career in 1987 as an Arizona Attorney. Gail practiced law for 8 years, specializing in consumer financing and commercial litigation. In 1995, she and her husband opened a commercial contracting company, which they successfully owned and operated for 13 years. They also became active real estate investors, investing in both commercial and residential property. Gail decided to devote herself to commercial brokerage in 2014 and has since developed a successful career specializing in both sales and leasing.

As someone trained in the law, Gail is experienced at probing into the unnoticed details of a transaction, has the ability to find solutions where others cannot, is meticulous in her research and is an aggressive negotiator. With an undergraduate degree from University of Delaware and a Juris Doctorate from T.C. Williams School of Law, Gail has been involved in several charitable and civic organizations and is currently involved at the Board level in Arizona Center for Disability Law. She is also an active participant in AZCrew, CCIM, NAIOP and AZ Green Chamber
