ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Gage Hudak

Gage Hudak joined Bradley Company in 2015 and works out of the South Bend office, serving as a Vice President. In his role, Gage specializes in the office, retail, and investment markets in Northern Indiana. Prior to becoming a broker, Gage spent 18 months as a Market Research Analyst providing insight on economic conditions and current market trends.

Gage is a graduate of the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration while focusing on finance and business management. He holds his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which denotes the completion of advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Gage also is a graduate of the South Bend Leadership Emerge Program and a graduate of the Class 47 Signature Leadership Program.

Gage is a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Michigan. He has also spent time as a volunteer youth sailing instructor at the Eagle Lake Yacht Club and tutorteam leader through Positive Outlook in South Bend. Gage enjoys spending time on the lake, exercising, watching sports and spending time with his family.
