Commercial Real Estate has been a consistent passion throughout Franklin Connells life. His education, along with his background in construction, service and property management has set the foundation for a successful career with Cutler Commercial. After gaining a wealth of experience in Retail while working for a reputable developer in North Scottsdale, he has now transitioned into an Industrial and Office specialist. Franklin studied Regional Development at the University of Arizona, focusing on the inner workings and designs of municipalities. He has since spent 3 years working in property management and landlord representation before transitioning into brokerage. This experience allows him to see properties from multiple viewpoints, giving his clients a confident position. Starting in 2013 with Cutler Commercial, Franklin currently represents over one million square feet for our clients. Being in the Valley for over 25 years, Franklin has no problem with completing deals anywhere in Maricopa County, however, his areas of focus are Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert.
