Frank Melchert joined Cawley Chicago as Executive Vice President in 2018 bringing over 12 years of industrial brokerage experience to the firm. Prior to Cawley Chicago, Frank began his career at Grubb & Ellis in 2006 as part of their Chicago Industrial Brokerage team. He later joined start-up company NelsonHill, LLC in 2012 to help build their brand. As a respected member of the indus- trial brokerage community, Frank has established strong relationships with businesses and city representatives in Chicago. Understanding the complex needs of his clients operations and real estate, has enabled Frank to produce results, increasing company efficiencies and profitability.
