As a retail specialist for the past five years, Forrest focuses on landlord and tenant representation in Northern Virginia and throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Drawn to the collaborative working relationships with driven peers and leadership at KLNB, Forrest joined the firm as an intern in 2015 and returned as a full-time broker in 2017. He has served on the Entertainment Committee since 2019.
