ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Fariba Kavian

Fariba joined NAI Capital in 2010 as Senior Vice President of the firm's West Los Angeles Office specializing in retail and office investment transactions. Fariba has over 20 years of industry experience and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Prior to joining NAI Capital Fariba was Senior Vice President for Sperry Van Ness. She has served as Senior Associate for the Investment Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Company and as a Senior Associate for Cushman & Wakefield's full service real estate services division. Fariba was also a Senior Sales Consultant for Capital Real Estate Group where she specialized in representing lenders in disposing of their foreclosed real estate assets.

Previously, Fariba served as development coordinator for Kavian Enterprises, where she managed over 1,200 acres of property that were in various states of project development. Her broad range of real estate transactions include: land use entitlement, project management, property development, leasing and complex sales transactions.
