Evan originates from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire and attended high school in Florence, Italy. He returned to the U.S. for college in Boston, Massachusetts before attending GW Law, where he met his wife. They now live in Old Town Alexandria with their daughter. Evan is an avid cook and golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.
