Ernie is the Qualifying Broker, President and Manager overseeing a portfolio of entities and projects under the umbrella of the Phase One Companies. Ernie has an extensive background in business and accounting. Although his activities have been located in many states across the county, he currently concentrates his efforts in the Southwest. Ernie has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate for the past 30 thirty years including purchasing, selling, leasing, developing and exchanging of commercial land, retail, industrial, office, multi-family and hospitality.

Ernie is a native and lifelong resident of Santa Fe. He has been actively involved in the community serving on various committees and boards. Ernie and his wife Theresa's interest include golf, tennis, mountain biking and travel.
