ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Erin Caballero

Erin was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is a St. Joseph's Academy Alumni. Erin joined NAI Latter and Blum in 2014 and participated in the esteemed CRE internship program with the company. Erin focuses on bringing exceptional value to clients in the form of market knowledge, transactional experience, timely correspondence, advanced financial analytics and resource based solutions to challenging CRE problems. Erin assisted with 60 completed transactions and $26.9M in sales and lease volume by the end of 2019.

Erin has proven herself as a valuable asset in a team setting and independently to directly serve clients. She has excelled in efficient prospecting, contact management, comprehensive communication and in advanced financial analysis. She has extensive knowledge of the Baton Rouge and surrounding markets and her attention to detail from qualifying to closing has proven highly beneficial to clients at this point in her career.
