ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Eric Suffoletto

Eric Suffoletto joined SRS in 2021 as managing director in the Boston office as part of the National Net Lease Group. With more than 13 years of experience, Eric will lead the National Net Lease Group's efforts out of the Boston office to establish and advance their presence in the New England market.

Most recently a senior director with JLL Capital Markets, Eric focuses on the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of net-leased properties throughout the U.S., including 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback, and portfolio analysis. He has worked with a wide range of clients including private investors, family offices, private equity groups, merchant developers, public and privately-held REITs, and institutional and offshore capital. Throughout his career, Eric has executed over $1.2 billion in transaction value across 28 states.

He is currently involved with Boston Children's Hospital and the Pine Street Inn, New England's largest homeless services provider. In his time away from work he enjoys golf, running, and travel.
