ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Eric Higuchi

Eric has a broad range of experience including buysell side transactions, joint ventures and creative structures, entitlements, and distressed assets. He specializes in Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Disposition Solutions.

Prior to co-founding QTative, Eric was a Vice President for Lehman Brothers. He was directly responsible for the management and disposition of commercial and residential land assets throughout California encompassing over 13,000 acres and 10,000 residential units with a total value of over $250 million.

Prior to Lehman Brothers, Eric worked for KB Home in land acquisition for the Southern California Division and as a project manager responsible for the entitlement and development of urban in-fill communities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
