ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Eli Boymel

Eli Boymel joined the CREG team in March of 2007, and has been exceeding his clients expectations ever since. The key to his success comes from his testament to always put his clients first. Because of that, he has had most of his clients for over 10 years. The relationship he builds is the most important aspect of his job to him.

Eli grew up in Conifer, CO and graduated from Colorado State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance, with a minor in Economics. This education propelled him onto the real estate scene with Antonoff and Company in 2001, where he was responsible for Leasing over 20 grocery anchored centers, and working with local retailers to find their next best location. Over the last 20 years he has enjoyed leasing ground up developments and existing retail centers. He has also found a passion for helping retailers find the perfect site for them, and loves to dig up the hard-to find site that is not on the market.

He currently works with various landlords, developers, owners, buyers and tenants to lease and sellbuy retail space from 900 SF and up. His knowledge of the market ranges from Land, to anchored retail space, development to existing. If its retail, Eli gets it done. His current clients include Murphy Oil, Marcos Pizza, Scooters Coffee, Tropical Smoothie Caf, Taco Star, UNICO, Crow Holdings, Beacon Capital, Dorsey Development, and many others. He knows the market and the players. He not only helps negotiate a great deal, but he also has many relationships with attorneys, property managers, contractors, financial planners, bankers and tax specialists; these relationships complete the network and enable him to get deals done quickly and efficiently.
